During a septic pump out the covers will need to be removed and the tank will be pumped out. A high-powered hose is connected to a large vacuum truck. The hose is used to suck out all the solids and liquids inside a septic tank. Any waste that wasn’t able to be sucked out will be sprayed out and then sucked out. While the tank is empty a visual inspection will be completed to make sure that there are no problems inside the tank.
